Christopher Sharpe

Hi, I'm Chris! I'm a clinical social worker practicing psychotherapy for individuals and groups. I work with adults and veterans who want to tune up their personal wellness and/or address challenges with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, substance use, and post traumatic stress. I've had family members who dealt with mental health challenges, so I work in this field in part because of the hope I felt when I saw social workers and clinicians work with my family member. I use evidence based and client centered therapies which provide tools to help prospective clients manage their mental health challenges with more confidence. This improves the quality of life for many of the clients I work with. I look forward to meeting you!
